Brickhouse Security's new All Weather Cellular Camera is equipped for all kinds of conditions. It can survive power outages, harsh weather conditions, and more. It has everything that you would expect from a security system including a PIR Body heat-activated nightvision camera, infrared flash, motion sensors, laser guide, and to top it all off it is battery powered. The Infrared flash has 50 infrared flash bulbs that intruders won't be able to see because it is infrared. Its three infrared motion sensors allow the camera to save energy by only taking a picture when it sees something. When the outer motion sensors are tripped the camera comes out of sleep and gets ready to take a picture when the center motion sensor is tripped. PIR technology allows you to save power senses changes in temperature and not motion so it is not set off by trees and other plants and is only activated when it sees people, animals, or cars. The camera is only 1.3 megapixels but if it was any higher quality it wouldn't be easy to send over the cellular network. The laser guide helps you set the camera up easily. The built-in control panel lets you check the battery level, wireless signal strength, and camera settings. Aside from the cellular radio the camera can also save pictures to a compact flash card to save pictures to if they is no cell signal. The whole thing is battery powered with a 6V battery that promises to last 4 to 6 weeks. The camera operates on Sprint's cellular network and allows you to look at photos online or on any web-enabled cell phone. The camera will cost you a hefty $599 plus the monthly Sprint fee.
