Motorola's Latest phone, the Motorola CLIQ is also the latest Android phone on the market. This entry level Android phone has most of the features that higher end phones have but it is a lot cheaper. The CLIQ has a 3.1 inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 320x480 and a full slide-out keyboard. This makes it great for messaging. You'll also find a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and geotagging, built-in A-GPS, WiFi, and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. Obviously, It is 3G capable. The CLIQ runs on a 528 MHz processor, has 256MB of internal memory, and an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. Now that we are done with the hardware lets talk about the software. The Motoroal CLIQ runs Android (Cupcake) and has an all new user interface that Motorola calls MotoBlur, it has a very customizable home screen and syncs all of your information into one place. This includes all of your social networking updates, email, and tex and picture messages. MotoBlur also combines all of your contacts from your social networking sites and email. Your information is also automatically backed up so if you happen to loose your CLIQ you can easily get all of your information back. You can also take 24fps videos with the camera. A microSD card slot lets you add all the memory you want and a 3.5mm headphone jack lets you listen to your music without disturbing others. Since it is an Android phone you can get applications from the Android market. It measures 2.28x4.49x0.62 inches. This makes it slightly thinner than the iPhone. You can get it in Winter White or Midnight Titanium. The CLIQ will be available on T-mobile in the US and it is rumored that it will be free with a 2 year contract, otherwise you will have to dish out a hefty $400.
