Hulu is a free online television and movie streaming service. It allows you to watch thousands of different movies and TV shows. The best part is that it is all free and easy to use. Hulu has a very large selections of movies and TV shows from nearly 190 leading content companies. These include FOX, NBC Universal, ABC, Comedy Central, ABC Family, Biography, Lionsgate, Endemol, MGM, MTV Networks, National Geographic, Digital Rights Group, Paramount, PBS, Sony Pictures Television, Warner Bros. and more. Hulu is completely legal. The way that they pay for all of this is with advertising. In each movie and TV show there about 7, 30 second advertising sections. Imagine how many people watch videos on Hulu each day, and how many ads they see, that adds up to a lot of money. Hulu also has different channels like comedy, drama, science fiction, and more which make it easy to find a good movie or TV show. Hulu also has a lot of series for you too chose from so if you happen to miss your favorite TV show, you can watch it on Hulu. Hulu even has older episodes. While watching movies you can either dim the lights, which makes your entire screen except for the movie dimmer, or watch it in full screen. The quality of the movies and TV shows is also very good. Some are even available in 480p or 720p HD. It's easy to pick the best quality for your connection and internet speed. In the video player you can fast forward, rewind, pause, and do most of the things that you can do on your DVD player. Personally I think that Hulu is a great TV and movie streaming service. The selection of TV shows is great but I'm afraid I can't say that about the movies. I was only able to find a couple of movies that were actually interesting to me. As technology advances we will probably see more people migrating from their TVs to their computers. I think that Hulu will be one of the first big TV and movie streaming services online and I think that it is great.
