How does Internet Explorer compare to other internet browsers, well, lets see. Internet explorer is Microsoft's internet browser. It has all of the features that other browsers have including tons of available addons, a built in search bar, a great bookmarks interface, themes for customization, and more. The only problem is that it is slow and has more errors than other browsers. The speed is the main problem. Startup is slower than both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, and then after it starts up it takes about 3 seconds for you to actually be able to go to a website. Tabbed browsing is also slower compared to Firefox and Chrome. Since Internet Explorer is the internet browser that comes with Windows we all have to use it for a little while while we download an alternate browser, and most of us see how dreadful it is. My browsing experience with Internet Explorer has not been so good. Startup is really slow and each time that I try to open a new tab it takes a couple of seconds for it to start loading, unlike other browsers where the webpage starts loading immediately. There aren't that many errors but they come up once and awhile. There is also the issue of all the windows coming up to ask you permission for something. It gets irritating and after awhile you just can't stand it. I would say that this is an okay browser, when you are using it to download another browser. I wouldn't recommend it because it wastes time, and if you add up all the time that you have wasted it comes up to a lot. Sometimes you just need to find something quickly. I think that Microsoft hasn't done such a good job with their browser.
