RAmos W7 Android MID/Tablet is Now Shipping in China, Pretty Cool

The RAmos W7 MID/tablet is a mystery Chinese mobile internet device with very little details available. It’s a cheap tablet at just about $146, but it still has some great features. The specifications aren’t very certain but we do have some. It has a 4.8 inch 800x480 resolution capacitive display, a 600 MHz Rockchip RK2808 processor, and 128 MB of RAM. As for storage it is available in both 8GB and 16GB models. There is a possibility of a microSD card slot, but no confirmation for now. For connectivity there is WiFi and optional 3G, but we don’t know how much adding the 3G will cost you. The device currently runs Android 1.5, but will probably be upgraded soon. It can also play HD video and supports a ton of video formats. These are all of the details that we have right now, and the RAmos W7 MID isn’t currently available in the US, but more details we be available soon. The device has been going for almost four times its official price on Ebay so the low price is great. We hope that a stateside release will be available soon. For now you will just have to look at pictures or pay four times the price to get it.
